Introduction
Hi! My name is Maverick Jenson and I am into adventures so I write what happens on all of my adventures. So far I have climbed treacherous mountains and scurried through small cracks to get away from dangerous beasts. Right now I am on a quest to find Cliff Rocks in the unknown North-land. I have heard rumours that no one has climbed it but I have heard old folk tales about what it looks like. I have brought my little friend Pickles, my pet pig. He has been through lot's of adventures with me and we still have much more coming our way…

Mt Hillsmore… 23rd of May 2021 - 30th of June 2021
The climb was rough and the night was torture, as pickles and I set off on our quest. "One mountain down, Pickles, 11 more to go. Soon Pickles and I got tired and we decided to have a nice long sleep. I found some carrots so we both chewed on them with delight. We set off again and we climbed 10 mountains that day. When we finished our last one we saw Cliff Rocks in the distance, all we had to do was climb Mt Hillsmore. We sat in front of the tall, wide mountain and wondered if there was a way around it. We checked 15km to the left and 48km to the right. When we came back we were puffed out so I gave the last of the water to poor little Pickles. He drank thankfully and then the water was all gone. We began to climb up the mountain with aching pain in our legs/hocks (a pig's leg). When we got to the top we congratulated ourselves but knew the task ahead would be hard.

Cliff Rocks... 31st of June - 5 of July
We got down from Mt Hillsmore, we looked up at Cliff Rocks and took a deep breath… We started climbing but then I slipped. And fell. I tried to climb up again but the same thing happened over and over again. So Pickles and I thought that maybe we should move spots. So we went a little to the left and to the right but it was just too steep to climb. I got out my grappling hook and threw it as far as I could. I picked Pickles up as usual and put him in my lime green and brown bag. We climbed for at least 4 days until we finally got to the peak of Cliff Rocks. We cheered and saw a spruce tree. We pushed it down and used it to make a log cabin. We lived there for around 28 years until we went back down. When we got home thousands or possibly even millions of people were there asking why I had left and if it really took me 28 years to get to the top. "NO! Of course not!" I said "I lived there with Pickles!" Until he passed away 2 weeks ago. When I went home Pickles was waiting there and as I lay down I drifted off into a peaceful sleep then into a peaceful death. And now I will live with Pickles on Cliff Rocks forever, just the two of us…..
