I am walking down Glenferrie road… Alone, at night… People would probably be asleep by this hour, I am frightened… the wind blows in my face *brrrr* not a sound… It is so dark I can barely see a thing. The noises are so distant they are almost like an illusion…

The noises are so distant I don’t hear a thing… I feel like this whole place is an illusion, the things that happen, and look like at night, don't even seem real now…

It is like this place isn’t real… Just tricking your mind into thinking it is… I hear a silent noise, I quickly turn around. I don’t see a thing… It is almost pitch black… The street lights don’t seem to be working, and I don’t think there is any light here…

I don’t see any people here… Probably because everyone here is asleep in their warm cozy homes… I feel all alone in this big empty world… Huh??? Something brushed past me very quickly, I turned around as usual and I didn't see a thing. Was it some kind of animal? It was kind of furry and warm at the same time… What could it be?

I yawn, I have been awake all night… It is slowly getting brighter, I can see the sun rising… It is morning, but it is still quite dark...I close my eyes for a bit…

I carefully and slowly open my eyes. The sun is fully up and people are rushing all over the place… How long was I sleeping for? I scratch my head… Hmm maybe about 3 hours?????

Ahhhhh it is so much warmer now that the sun is up… People are bumping around all over! Cars are swinging past at the fastest speed that they can! I have never seen Glenferrie road busier!!

Hmm? My head is a bit wet… Almost like little leftover drops from a bucket that used to be full… It must be starting to rain! I take shelter, underneath the old fruit shop. Waiting patiently as the rain passed out…

I walked over to a tree, and quietly grabbed the sandwich from my pocket that someone gave me the day before. And I started nibbling on it, As I watched the day go by.

The sun starts to set… It is getting dark, people are heading back to eat their dinner then go to bed. I sleep under the old fruit shop… Dirty, but pleasant…
